Following further discussions between the negotiating parties, the Employers have issued the improved, final offer correspondence below. The final offer is available for implementation, subject to acceptance, from Monday 26th January 2026. The Trades Unions are now consulting with their members and will respond to the Employers by the afternoon of this Friday, 23rd January 2026. The offer is recommended for acceptance by the Unite and GMB National Officers.
Should the offer be accepted, the NJC Office will issue the settlement Communique detailing the new NAECI 2026 rates and allowances on the 23rd January 2026.
