Revised Stage 4 Practice Directions 2011

Please note that, as agreed by the NJC on 12th January 2011, the practice directions for Procedural access to Stage 4 from Stage 2, or Stage 3 where applicable, have been revised, updated and supersede those contained in the current edition of the NAECI.
