The NAECI has been in existence for more than 30 years and was most recently reviewed in 2012. Communique 07(12) gives details of the allowance increases and new provisions agreed in this review.
The new NAECI 2012 reflects these changes and also incorporates the revised procedural Appendix E & F practice directions issued by the NJC in 2011.
